If you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: the enquiry type, your name, company, business email, country and message. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking on this website.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and, where you become a customer, to manage our business relationship with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to trade enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our business email, provided by Zoho. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for our normal business records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@maatram.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
